Nokia X7 is gearing up for its arrival in China. We already know of the Nokia’s 16th October event where the device will surface in the public. The invites for the event are already out. As of now, we were aware that the X7 will bring the power of ZEISS in its rear camera. However, currently, the other hardware and software details of X7 are available thanks to benchmarking websites. The latest Nokia X7 geekbench listing reveals some of the primary details of the under-the-hood setup.

According to the Nokia X7 geekbench listing, the upcoming upper-midrange smartphone packs an octa-core Snapdragon 710 SoC from Qualcomm. Along with that, it will sport a robust 6GB RAM. It will run Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. This is not an issue as we know how efficient HMD Global is when it comes to software. So, we can expect the X7 will enjoy a quick upgrade to Android 9.0 Pie after its release.

The Nokia X7 may release as the Nokia 7.1 Plus in India and other international markets. Nokia has an event tomorrow in India where we may see the 7.1 Plus marking its entry. The new X7 or 7.1 Plus will be quite a camera-centric device. The event invite poster boasts a lot about the ZEISS optics which powers the lens of the Nokia machine.

Almost all of the devices from Nokia are efficient. We believe X7 will be no different. With a powerful chipset, optics and a good Geekbench score, it will definitely be a winner in the upper mid-range smartphone market.
