Above all, it comes with 2 years of major Android OS upgrades so Android 12 and 13 are confirmed along with 3  years of monthly security patches that should last till the end of 2024.

Nokia XR20

The latest in the Nokia smartphone lineup, the Nokia XR20 packs in a 6.67-inch IPS LCD panel with a 1080×2400 pixels resolution. It runs on the latest Android 11 OS and has a Snapdragon 480 5G under the hood flanked with 128GB storage and 6GB of RAM. It has a 48MP+13MP dual rear plus 8MP front selfie camera shooter.

Nokia C20 Plus

Nokia C20 Plus was released on June 11, 2021. It sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with 5MP selfie shooter and 8+5MP rear dual camera setup. It runs on Unisoc SC98*3A SoC under the hood and Android 11 Go Edition for its software. There’s a beefy 4,950 mAh battery under the hood.

Nokia C01 Plus

Nokia C01 Plus is an entry-level Android 11 Go Edition smartphone. It has a 5.45-inch IPS LCD panel with a 5MP selfie and a 5MP rear camera. The device packs in Unisoc SC9863A under the hood and has a 3,000 mAh battery that powers it.

Nokia X10

The latest entrant in the X-series of smartphones from Nokia is the Nokia X10. The device gets a pledged three years of major OS and security updates unlike any others. The X10 arrives with Snapdragon 480 5G SoC on-board with 6GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB storage configuration although it can be extended further. With a 6.67-inch LCD display, the device packs in a quad-camera setup and yes, both the devices have 5G support. Talking about the software on-board, it is Android 11 out-of-the-box. 

Nokia X20

Nokia X20 picks up a Snapdragon 480 5G chipset along with 6GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB configurations. The device sports a giant 6.67-inch LCD with a punch-hole cut-out for the front snapper along with a 64MP quad-camera setup at the back. The device runs on the latest Android 11 and pledges to get three years of major OS upgrades and security patches as well.

Nokia G10

Nokia G10 sports a 13MP triple camera setup at the back and with a 8MP selfie shooter. The device has a Helio G25 SoC with 3/4GB RAM and a has 32/64GB storage and comes with Android 11 Go Edition out-of-the-box. 

Nokia G20

The Nokia G20 sports a 48MP quad-camera setup and is powered by a Helio G35 SoC under the hood. It has a 6.5-inch 720p+ display and has a 5,050 mAH battery under the hood. It has an Android 11 Go Edition out-of-the-box and with  2 years of OS upgrades and 3 years of security patches will be released monthly. 

Nokia C10

The Nokia C10 packs in a 6.52-inch 720p+ display with 5MP rear and a 5MP front camera. The device has a Unisoc SC7331e under the hood along with 1GB/2GB RAM and 16 or 32GB of internal storage. The device has a 3,000 mAh battery under the hood. The device runs on Android 11 Go Edition out-of-the-box. It has two years of quarterly updates as promised. 

Nokia C20

Nokia C20 brings along a Unisoc SC9863a SoC under the hood paired with 1GB/2GB RAM and 16GB or 32GB of storage. It has a 3,000 mAh battery under the hood and runs on the latest Android 11 Go Edition straight out-of-the-box. It comes with a promised two years of quarterly updates for the C-series smartphone.

Nokia 1.3

Update as of July 24: The Nokia 1.3 is now getting upgraded to Android 11 at the time of writing this. Nokia 8.3 5G

Update as of February 15: According to the latest update, the Nokia 8.3 5G iN Australia is now intercepting Android 11 in the country The incoming update bears build number 00WW_2_200 and also brings along January 2021 security patch with it.

Update as of February 23: Based on the latest information, the Nokia 8.3 5G is now receiving an Android 11 upgrade in Poland and the United Kingdom. This is the second wave of rollout and the update carries build number 00WW_2_200 You can download the firmware package here.

Update as of February 24: The Nokia 8.3 5G is now intercepting Android 11 upgrade in Romania and Czech Republic. Note that the update is being sent via OTA and thus, it is rolling out as we speak but in a batch-by-batch manner. [Source 1, 2]

Nokia 5.4

Update as of September 1: As per the latest update, Nokia 5.4 is now getting Android 11 update with version V2.120 after Nokia 5.3 and 2.4 got the same a few weeks ago. The update carries a size of 1.77GB. Here’s more about it.

Nokia 5.3

Update as of August 4: There’s good news forNokia 5.3 users as the much-anticipated Android 11 is finally arriving in batches. The first wave consists of rollouts in India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Nepal, Myanmar, and Switzerland. More than 30 percent of the units in the said markets have received the upgrade followed by 50 percent by August 5 and 100 percent by August 6. Update as of August 13: Based on the latest info, the Android 11 stock operating system on Nokia 5.3 is being supplied to users in the UK, Seychelles, Egypt, Canada, and the USA. Note that this update is being released in a batch-by-batch manner.

Update as of August 28: The Nokia 5.3 is getting Android 11-powered Nokia 5.3 in Taiwan, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, Malaysia, Macau, Laos, India, Cambodia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. With the June 2021 security patch, the update carries Android 11 (of course) bearing version V2.210.

Nokia 9 PureView 

Update as of April 1: The Nokia 9 Pureview is the next in line to get Android 11 powered update in Q2 2021. Apparently, it remains to be seen exactly when the update goes on floor as Nokia hasn’t really upgraded some of the smartphones. Nokia 7.2

CUSTOM ROM: If you are a Nokia 7.2 user and want to try Android 11, you no longer have to wait for the official update. Rather, you can try LineageOS 18.0 based on Android 11 available for Nokia 7.2 right away. Use this link to download the firmware and flash it on your device. 

Update as of November 10: The Nokia 7.2 is picking up Android 11 with version number V3.440 weighing at 1.53GB with October 2021 security patch on-board. 

Nokia 6.2

CUSTOM ROM: The Nokia 6.2 is yet to get an Android 11 upgrade but you can still use it via a custom ROM i.e. LineageOS 18.0. It is based on Android 11 and available for download here so that you can flash it on your device right away.

Update as of November 11: Turns out Nokia 6.2 is now picking up Android 11 update with version v3.440 and a file size of 1.53GB.

Nokia 3.4

Update as of August 21: Based on the latest information posted by Nokia, the Nokia 3.4 is rolling out Android 11 update in Austria, Austrailgium, Bahrain, Cambodia, Estonia, Egypt, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iceland, Jordan, Iraq, Latvia, Laos, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Malaysia, Nepal, Macau, Norway, Netherlands, Oman, Portugal, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Qatar, Sri Lanka, UAE, Vietnam, Thailand, and Switzerland. Nokia 2.4

Update as of April 27, 2021: Well, Nokia 2.4 users will no longer have to wait for the Android 11 stable update as the update is now available on the global variant. With version V2.180, the update arriving for Nokia 2.4 brings Android 11 up and live although it’s OTA rollout was not ready at the time of writing this. Users can still upgrade to Android 11 on Nokia 2.4 using the recovery method and here’s where they can find the firmware for download.

Nokia 1.4

Nokia 1.4 is an entry-level smartphone running on Android 11 Go Edition. The device has a Snapdragon 215 SoC under the hood and has 5MP selfie and a 8MP+2MP rear camera setup. It is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery and has a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display on-board. 

Update as of August 21: According to the latest update, the Nokia 1.4 is reportedly upgrading to Android 11 Go weighing at 1.3GB in size. The update is been released in OTA fashion as usual.  

Nokia 2.3

Update as of April 7: The floodgates for Android 11 on Nokia 2.3 have just opened as the company has officially announced that it is now releasing the update on its usual wave-based format. The first wave includes countries such as Bangladesh, Cambodia, Estonia, Hong Kong, Denmark, Nepal, Norway, Macau, Laos, Latvia, Iceland, Finland, and Lithuania among others. According to the timeline, the Android 11 rollout on countries mentioned in Wave 1 will get the update where 10 percent of the units will get it immediately followed by 50 percent by April 10 and 100 percent by April 12. Update as of April 20: Remember when Nokia announced Android 11 rollout for countries as a part of Wave 1 rollout? Well, turns out the Wave 1 has completed and the update is now being intercepted by users in countries that were listed on the Wave 1 countries. This includes South Africa, Poland, and Brazil at the moment. The incoming update has a 1.25GB size and has V3.220 software version number on it. Nokia 2.2

Update as of February 10: According to the latest information, the Android 11 SDK for Nokia 2.2 has been spotted on Google Play Console. This indicates that the smartphone manufacturer is actually working on an Android 11 build for Nokia 2.2. [Source]

Update as of February 16: According to the information that we have now, the Nokia 2.2 is now intercepting a new update with download package size of 20.08MB although there’s no Android 11 yet. Users will have to wait for some more time to get their hands on the update.  [Source]

Update as of April 13: Based on the latest information, the Nokia 2.2 is now intercepting Android 11 and it has already begun as a part of the first wave that includes 24 countries. The firmware weighs at 1.2GB and March 2021 security patch with it. Note that there’s a second and a third wave of rollout that will be released subsequently as well. 

The 24 countries includes Cambodia, Thailand, Sweden, Slovakia*, Czech Republic*, Denmark, Greece*, Estonia, Hungary*, Malaysia, Montenegro*, Myanmar, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia, Laos, Indonesia, Iceland, Philippines, Poland*, Romania*, and Vietnam. Nokia 4.2

Update as of February 25: Looks like Nokia 4.2 is now intercepting yet another security patch i.e. February 2021 security patch and it is still based on Android 10. The Android 11 is still elusive on the device. [Source] 

Update as of April 10: Looks like Nokia is now releasing Android 11 update on Nokia 4.2. The update arriving with version number 3.150 has a download size of 1.5GB and it is rolling out with a March security patch on-board. According to the said timeline, the Nokia 4.2 will be released across the globe except Uzbekistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Israel, Russia, Mongolia, Romania (Orange RO), USA (T-Mobile), Poland (Orange PL, Plus, PLAY), Czech Republic (O2 CZ), Colombia (Movistar Colombia, Claro Colombia), and Chile (WOM, Claro Chile, Movistar Chile, and Entel Chile). Nokia 3.2

Update as of February 25: The Nokia 3.2 is still to pick up Android 11 update and yet, it has received yet another security patch i.e. February 2021 security patch with it weighing at 15MB. The Android 11 update on the device is still elusive. [Source]

Update as of March 24: Nokia is now releasing Android 11 update on Nokia 3.2 as a part of its first wave of the rollout. This includes rollout in countries that are Macau, Macedonia, Lithuania, Lebanon, Latvia, Laos Jordan, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Albania, Denmark, Georgia, Iceland, Hong Kong, India, Iraq, Iran, Finland, Egypt, and Estonia. 

After rolling out in these countries, the Android 11 on Nokia 3.2 will be released further in Montenegro, Moldova, Malaysia, Nepal, Norway, Philippines, Sweden, Vietnam, Ukraine, Thailand, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, and Serbia. As per the rollout schedule, 10 percent of the units will get the Android 11 update instantly. It will be followed by a total of 50 percent of units by March 26th followed by 100 percent by March 28 thereby concluding the first wave of rollout. [Source]

Nokia 8.1

Update as of January 04: It looks like Nokia is testing an Android 11 build on Nokia 8.1 as it was recently spotted on Geekbench running the same. It does confirm that Android 11 build for Nokia 8.1 is near but it doesn’t gives any hint on when it will arrive officially. [Source]

Update as of January 26: According to the latest information available, the Nokia 8.1 is now intercepting a new software update with January 2021 security patch with it. Note that this isn’t a major upgrade and thus, Nokia 8.1 is still waiting for the Android 11 build. [Source]

Update as of March 9: Nokia 8.1 arrived with Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box and has since received Android 10 as well. Talking about Android 11 on Nokia 8.1, when asked about the incoming update and ETA, the company said that the update is scheduled to arrive in Belgium and the Netherlands this month. Update as of March 22: Nokia 8.1 devices are now getting upgraded to yet another security patch which remains elusive of Android 11 at the time of its arrival. The update coming with a download size of 32.41MB has been spotted on Nokia 8.1 5G and it is rolling out via OTA as usual. This means that even though we are basically a week away from stepping in Q2 2021 which essentially means the timeframe to get hands on Android 11 on Nokia 8.1 is also ending soon. Update as of April 7: It’s just a Nokia thing. Apparently, the Nokia 8.1 is now getting upgraded to Android 11 following the Nokia 2.3 that got the much-needed upgrade. The information comes from official Nokia forums where an announcement coming from officials has appeared. According to the update, the Android 11 on Nokia 8.1 will be released in waves as usual. The first wave includes countries such as India, Malaysia, Macau, Bangladesh, Philippines, Nepal, Hong Kong, Singapore among others. 

Apparently, we don’t know which security patch is now available. As per the rollout statistics, the 10 percent of units in the mentioned markets will get the update immediately followed by 50 percent by April 10th and 100 percent by April 12th. Update as of June 7, 2021: Nokia 1 Plus is a Go edition smartphone. Turns out just days after Vodafone said that its Android 11 software is under testing, the stable Android 11 Go Edition is out now. As usual, Nokia 1 Plus will get Android 11 Go in phases.

Update as of April 15: Well, surprisingly enough, a Nokia 7.1 unit has been spotted on Geekbench running on Android 11. Nokia 6.1 Plus

Update as of September 19: As of now, Nokia 6.1 Plus is no longer Android 11 supported and it won’t get the update. But hey, there are plenty of custom ROMs available for download such as this one from XDA Developer member Raghu Varma who has developed POSP v11.0.0_r3 for Nokia 6.1 Plus. Release Date

Nokia has officially announced the Android 11 update release dates for all its confirmed smartphones. Note that the Android 11 update will be pushed for the devices throughout 2021. To start off, Nokia 1.3, 4.2, 2.3, 2.4, and 3.4 will get Android 11 update in Q1 of 2021. Between Q1-Q2 2021, Nokia 3.2, 7.2, and 6.2 will be updated. In Q2 2021, Nokia 1 Plus and Nokia 9 PureView will be updated. And lastly, in Q4 2021, Nokia 2.2, Nokia 5.3, and Nokia 8.1 will be getting an Android 11 update. Here is the official roadmap image.
